Inventory Management System (ITPS-IMS)
It is responsible for tracking and managing both raw
material as well as warehouse inventory. Level of inventory,
cost-analysis and all other activities are maintained.
System is fully integrated with Purchase and Sales System
however it can work independently as well.
Purchase Management System (PMS)
It gets its inputs from PPS in form of production orders
and generates outputs to Accounts System in form of
account payable. It is also responsible for tracking
and managing vendors related information. PMS is also
integrated to IMS (Inventory Management System).
Sales Management System (ITPS-SMS)
Responsible for tracking and managing sales activities
of four major categories i.e. Finished Products, Semi
Raw material, raw material, Scraps. Strongly capable
to track the whole cycle of sales at any point including
sales order, delivery advice, invoice, receipt, packing
and dispatch in a way to integrate with accounts modules.
On the other hand it is able to communicate with ware
house and inventory management system (IMS). Beside
all these strong feathers of communication with other
modules, it can work independently.
Accounts Management System (AMS)
Accounts receivable and accounts payable are fully integrated
with PMS and SMS, however it can work as an independent
entity as well. Different sub activities like BDS (Bank
Deposit Slips), Chelan forms and different type of vouchers,
ledgers, trial balance and balance sheets all are integral
part of the account system.
Production Planning and Scheduling
(PPS)
This system is based on the Bills of Materials (BOM).
System gets input from Sales System and generates output
to Purchase System. Sales orders are processed according
to schedule to demand the required material as well
as lock the short items against the sales order. Demanded
material is passed on to purchase system while locked
items are directly fetched to inventory management system.
Production planning is automated process done
both monthly as well as yearly level planes.
Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
This software is developed to automate the processes
of the typically organized Human Resource department
in the organization. The software tracks all the information
for the employees and the prospective employees in the
company, tracking all the relevant information especially
the performance evaluation, appraisal, leave/off hour’s
status and a lot more about the employee base.
Unit Testing System
To test the efficiency of Air condition we have developed
complete software to collect data from external environment
such as temperature, suction pressure, voltage of each
component, cooling capacity values. After processing
data, it replies the result in whether the unit is OK
or not and as well as pointing the problem area if found
any error. Strongly design for deal with models of different
categories while using parametric values.

Centralized Documentation System
This software is developed to centralize and mange the
official documents. Users can easily locate their desired
document. They can also update it. After that system
will deliver the updated copy to its user. Documents
are categorized so that they become easy to locate.
